Therapeutische Hypnose (Hypnotherapie)

Die Wirksamkeit der therapeutischen Hypnose ist an einer Vielzahl kontrollierter Untersuchungen nachgewiesen. Sie kann so, von gut ausgebildeten Fachleuten angewendet, auf vielfältige Weise bei psychischen wie körperlichen Problemen helfen und das Wohlbefinden und die persönliche Entwicklung fördern.

Im November 2017 habe ich die theoretische und praktische Hypnoseausbildung am Ausbildungszentrum für therapeutische Hypnoseanwendungen ELANN COR in Nürnberg erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

Ich wende dieses Behandlungsverfahren in meiner Praxis an, um meine Patienten bei der

Rauchentwöhnung
Gewichtsreduktion ("Abnehmen")
Entspannung (z.B. zur Prüfungsvorbereitung, während der Schwangerschaft,
Geburtsvorbereitung, alltäglicher Stress etc.)

zu unterstützen.
